The Lagree Method uses a tempo of very slow movements, with each repetition being 16 to 20 seconds or even longer. The slower and more controlled moments, the better the results. Lagree requires continuous muscle contraction to fire up fat-burning, slow-twitch muscle fibers in each exercise. Standard delivery & installation is included in the monthly reformer rental charge for London addresses. Additional charge may apply outside of London, please contact us for a quote. Lagree UK builds the machines in the workshop and deliver them ready to use to avoid time on premises. Our delivery staff fully sanitise the reformer machine before dropping it off to your home.
